Lipo-C is a combined solution of so-called lipotropic substances involved in fat metabolism. The number 526 in the name is the total content of the components per 1 ml.
L-carnitine transports fatty acids into mitochondria, where they are oxidized. Methionine, inositol and choline (a combination often called MIC) are involved in fat metabolism in the liver. Vitamins B6 and B12 and NADH are coenzymes of energy metabolism.
Such blends are made by compounding pharmacies and laboratories; there is no single standard composition.
