Privacy policy

The personal data controller is Health Matrix. We process data in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.

From a consultation request: your name, phone number, preferred way of contact (call, Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp), the chosen service and your comment, if you left one.

Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the page you opened and the time of the visit — the hosting provider records them in technical logs.

We do not ask for passport details or bank card details.

To contact you, answer your questions and hold the consultation. Technical data is needed to keep the website running and protected from attacks.

We do not send advertising or newsletters without your separate consent.

Data from forms — on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form.

Technical data — on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and protected from abuse.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Only the staff who handle requests can see it.

Technically, the data passes through services the website cannot work without:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Supabase — the database where requests are stored;
• Telegram — notifications to staff about a new request.

The servers of these services may be located outside Moldova, including in EU countries and the USA.

The website uses one cookie, hm_lang. It remembers the language you chose and is kept for one year.

There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you on other websites.

Requests — no longer than 3 years after your last contact, then we delete them. The hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short time and deletes them automatically.

The website works only over a secure HTTPS connection. Only the staff who handle requests have access to them, with a personal password.

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict processing, withdraw your consent and object to processing.

To exercise a right, submit a consultation request and describe what you need in the comment. We will reply within one month.

The website is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy, for example when new features appear on the website. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
